Папку HB ModellingBundle V2.31 кидаем в C:\Program Files\MAXON\CINEMA 4D *\plugins\library\scripts
Папку layout кидаем в C:\Program Files\MAXON\CINEMA 4D *\library
Что бы компоновка (layout) отобразилась, нужно зайти в CINEMA 4D и в верхнем право углу выбрать в разделе Компоновка подходящую для вас компоновку (HB_ModellingBundle либо HB_ModellingBundle_Compact)
